Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: 450 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON

Start Date: May 2025

General Hours of Work: Full-Time, Hybrid

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/year

Summary

Bather is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the team on projects that aim to share the brand’s story and boost its presence through all digital channels, such as email, paid ads, affiliate, and more. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the brand’s overall marketing objectives. 

Over the last 10 years, Bather has become the industry namesake for men’s resortwear. As the brand continues to expand and introduce new products, Bather is looking for someone excited to grow alongside the team and take the brand’s online presence to the next level. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, advertising, and fashion, ideally with an interest in menswear. Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, a self-starter, entrepreneurial, outgoing, and willing to learn.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, media communications or a related field

  • Minimum one to two years of relevant digital marketing experience

  • Experience and interest in the fashion industry

  • Experience working with email platforms, like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Flodesk

  • Able to work independently and take initiative while also being an effective team player

  • Superior organization and coordination skills with a proven attention to detail

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing channels and paid media best practices

  • Knowledge of social media channels and best practices

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Some content creation and photography experience using a DSLR is an asset

  • A keen eye on influencers, press, up-and-coming brands, and potential collaborators

Responsibilities

  • Follow campaign briefs and support marketing campaigns for new product releases, sales, events and more

  • Create reports on marketing performance and budgets, and based on the reports and data, make suggestions to optimize all channels, including affiliate paid media, email marketing and more

  • Collaborate with agency partners on paid media strategy and execution

  • Draft email newsletters and craft headlines and copy that engage our subscribers and incentivize site traffic and conversions 

  • Brainstorming and pitching new ideas for new and evergreen marketing campaigns, blog posts, and other content 

  • Support other marketing initiatives, such as helping coordinate photoshoots, organizing marketing assets, scheduling content, etc.
