Part-Time Inventory Associate

Location: Bather’s Flagship Store at 450 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON M6K 2A5

Start Date: Immediately, Summer 2026

Summary

Bather, founded in 2013, is a Toronto-based menswear brand focused on high-quality, sustainably-made, resortwear and apparel. Bather is looking for curious, talented, and passionate creative professionals to join the team as it grows and expands.

Bather’s flagship store is looking for a Retail Associate to assist the Bather team with the day-to-day activities in-store and providing customer service to our store’s guests. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented and organized. You are passionate about retail, eCommerce and the fashion industry.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has some experience in customer service, stockroom and/or fulfillment, in retail and/or fashion (not required but considered an asset)

• Strong understanding of eCommerce (Shopify experience not required but considered an asset)

• Interest in menswear and general interest in fashion

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and ship online orders received from Shopify

• Receive product shipments and replenish inventory on stockroom shelves

• Process, steam and restock items from online returns

• Assist the Wholesale Manager by picking, packing and fulfilling large bulk orders

• Support team in inventory counts

• Communicate and follow-up with customers regarding updates on their orders and other customer service inquiries

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 hours per week
