All regular priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen business days of the purchase date at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. If for some reason your purchase did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.
Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
Sale Items and Promotional Orders
All sale items, including items purchased with a promotional code, are final sale and not eligible for a return.
To request a refund or an exchange, click here. Find your order using your email and order number and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know which item(s) and size(s) you want to exchange your current item(s) for.
Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us. We do not provide shipping labels. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus original shipping costs, or a new order will be created if you requested an exchange.
