All our trunks are designed to fit all body types. The best way to ensure you have chosen the right size is to grab your favorite pair of jeans, lay them down flat and measure across the waist in inches. Check out our size chart.
For our swim and surf trunks, we recommend washing them in cold water and hanging them to dry.
Our t-shirts are pre-shrunk and made from 100% cotton. You can wash them in cold water and tumble dry on low.
Our camp shirts are a cotton and viscose blend. We recommend that you machine wash cold and hang to dry or dry clean.
Our Swim Trunk features a 5.5" inseam with an elasticized waist and drawstring, side pockets, a back pocked with a snap enclosure and an ultra-soft mesh lining.
Our Technical Surf Trunk has a 6.5" inseam and is made from 100% recycled polyester made from plastic bottles and features 4-way stretch and water resistence. Our Technical Surf Trunk also has a velcro fly, drawstring and back pocket.

Ordering & Shipping
We’ve partnered with Sezzle to offer our customers the ability to shop and pay for their purchase in instalments. With Sezzle, you can pay for your purchase in 4 equal, interest-free instalments over 6 weeks. To use Sezzle, continue to checkout as you normally would and select Sezzle when you arrive at the payment step of the checkout process. Once you select Sezzle and click Complete Order, you will be redirected to Sezzle's website to complete your payment and instalment plan.

Yes. When you receive your confirmation email after placing your order, you can track the status of your order via the link in the email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For international orders, your Canada Post tracking number will most likely be trackable with your national mail provider once your order has reached its destination country.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be determined at checkout.
Standard Shipping within Canada (3-5 business days*) — $5 CAD or free on orders over $150 CAD or more before taxes.
Express Shipping within Canada (1 business day) — $25 CAD
Standard Shipping to USA (5-7 business days) — $20 CAD
Same-Day Shipping within the Greater Toronto Area — $30 CAD
Standard International Shipping (7-9 business days) — Continue to checkout to determine shipping rates and times to your destination. Customs charges may apply to international orders. Bather is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred.

All orders placed through bather.com will be processed the same day. If your order is placed before 11 AM EST, it will be processed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping within Canada and 5-7 business days for shipping to the USA. For shipping orders internationally, please allow 7-9 business days. Shipping times with standard shipping cannot be guaranteed. For a guaranteed delivery date, please use Express shipping.

Bather ships all Canadian orders using Standard Shipping with UPS. Orders with Express Shipping are shipped with DHL Express, UPS Express or FedEx Express.
For Same-Day orders to the Greater Toronto Area and nearby communities, we work with Swyft's couriers.
We recommend customers purchase Route Package Protection. Route is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
The cost of Route will be calculated at checkout and is non-refundable.
If you do not purchase Route Package Protection, Bather is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have left our warehouse. In the unlikely and unfortunate event your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit and you have not opted for Route, please file a claim with the carrier of your package. The shipping carrier that you select at checkout is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. We receive the same shipment tracking details from the carrier that the customer receives.
If you purchased Route+ Package Protection, file a claim for your order via the Route app, the email they sent you, or at claims.route.com. If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges
UPDATE: For orders placed on and after March 17, 2020, the return policy outlined below will be extended to 30 days to accommodate our customers who cannot leave their homes in the immediate future. Please continue to check this page for any updates or changes to our return policy.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
All regular priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen days of the purchase date at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. If for some reason your purchase did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale. All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), are final sale and not eligible for a return.
Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.

Use the link below to request a return or an exchange. Find your order using your email and order number and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know which item(s) and size(s) you want to exchange your current item(s) for.
Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to us. We do not provide shipping labels. Your returned item(s) must be received within fourteen days of your return request being approved, otherwise we cannot process your refund or exchange. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the amount paid on your original method of payment, minus original shipping costs and package protection costs if applicable, or a new order will be created if you requested an exchange.
Yes, we can arrange to have you drop off your return and/or pick up an exchange at our office, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Please email email@example.com at least 48 hours prior to dropping in.
