Order Processing and Shipping
All orders placed through bather.com will be processed in up to 1-2 business days and are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Once your order has shipped, you will receiving a separate email with a tracking number to follow your package. Standard shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping rates for domestic orders within Canada and orders to the USA start at $10 CAD, or free for orders over $150 CAD. Please continue to checkout to see all available options and rates for international destinations.
Customs charges may apply to international orders. Bather is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred. Bather is not responsible for any damages or lost packages incurred during transit. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. In the case of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please reach out to the shipping carrier so they can investigate.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to make a return, you may return your item(s) within 14 days from when your order is delivered at the customer's expense to our office in Toronto, Canada. Items must be unworn/unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached.
All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter promotional code), are final sale and not eligible for a return.
Bather.com does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.
Merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, and Bather’s stockists must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
Use the form below to request a return or an exchange. Prepaid return labels are available when submitting the return request. The cost of the prepaid return label ($15 CAD) will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed. Once you have submitted your return/exchange request and it has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship your item(s) back to our office in Toronto, Canada. Please include the return slip or proof of purchase in the return package.
US returns are shipped to Sanborn, NY and then forwarded to our office in Toronto, Canada to be marked as received and processed. This can take 2-3 weeks. Once we have received your return, your return resolution will be processed.
