EXCELLENT ADVENTURES: AMALFI COAST WITH ERNIE REMPEL

My name is Ernie Rempel, I’m a photographer/videographer from Ontario, Canada. Now living in California with my beautiful wife, Makenzi Joy.

Makenzi and I embarked on an unforgettable journey to Europe, visiting France, Italy, and Denmark. Our trip was a tapestry of captivating experiences. We immersed ourselves in the rich history, diverse cultures, and mouth-watering cuisines of each destination we visited. Together, we explored, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. We discovered hidden gems and embraced the vibrant energy of each city we encountered. Our adventure was a celebration of love, discovery, and the beauty of shared experiences. We started our trip exploring the South of France & Denmark, enjoying the beautiful scenery and rich cultures.

Our last destination was back to Italy to see the famous Amalfi Coast, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We stayed in a cozy Airbnb in the enchanting town of Sorrento, which offered a fantastic location for exploring the surrounding areas. What made our stay truly memorable was the charming family-owned restaurant right next door. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm hospitality and treated to the most incredible culinary delights. The food was simply outstanding. As we savored each dish, we couldn't help but feel that we had stumbled upon a hidden gem, the restaurant is called “La Torre” It was the perfect place to conclude our adventure.

A tip, when planning a trip to Italy and France RENT A CAR, we decided at the last minute to rent one and it changed everything for us. The public transport takes way too long and is not always available.  Now, back to California planning our next adventure to Hawaii!
